Tom Celani grew up in Metro Detroit, and when he and Vicki founded their Napa Valley vineyard in 2005, they brought the wine home to Michigan first. On November 11 they host a four-course dinner at Aurora On The Lake, with one of their wines poured alongside each course. The menu includes ricotta-stuffed eggplant, house-made truffle ravioli and a slow-braised wagyu short rib, and the night closes with chocolate and the Celani Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
